We offer 50-80% Loan To Value, depending on the deal.

LOAN AMOUNTS

Our loan range starts at $200,000 and ends at a size of up to $25,000,000.

ORIGINATION FEE

Our fees are completely deal dependent. Contact us for information about origination fees.

EVALUATION/PROCESSING FEE

Our processing fees are typically $3,500. We accept this payment through a wire transfer, or debit/credit card.

LOAN MATURITIES

Loan maturities are typically one year, but we can allow extensions depending on the deal.

We will lend on properties nationwide (with some exceptions).
